The Shanghai SMG television channel Shejie published a micro documentary – YanQingLi, a former warehouse located in Shanghai which occupies an area of 6,233 square meters, is the protagonist of the episode.
The renovation of YanQingLi was projected by Stefano Boeri Architetti China (SBA China) and was realized in 2018. In this documentary, Yibo Xu (partner of SBA China) tells the transformation story of the former warehouse. The intervention built in YanQuingLi becomes a powerful image of historical architecture next to the Suzhou river and brings new life to the local industry, becoming an urban model to encourage the development of new entrepreneurial reality dedicated to the world of fashion.
