The town council of Sovere, near Bergamo, has started the procedure to draw the new masterplan for the city.

This urban plan will provide a scenario for the development of the town in the future. A masterplan is a way to rethink the growth and the functional diversification of urban and agricultural territories within the borders, it is a self-reflection opportunity for the community, a chance to reflect on housing, on the ways and times of community life, on the way, within an urban context, physical space and society can combine.
