This project appears to be quite similar to the previous one, the Falk BIC: they have in common the nature of the existing building (changing-room of a former steel plant), the client (ASNM) and the program (BIC, Business Innovation Center).
The size is different, bigger: 4,600 sqm, to accommodate 60 businesses and companies. Special attention was paid to provide modular and flexible spaces in the plant equipment, and common services such as satellite networking, IT library, teleconference facilities in the multimedia area.
