New Tirana’s General Local Plan by Stefano Boeri on e-flux.com, one of the most important websites in the world about art and architecture. The website points out the great work to avoid the city growing beyond its current boundaries, thanks to planting an “orbital forest” of 3 millions of new trees and the creation of two green rings inside the central area.
