The Vision proposes an in-depth article on the warranty order of the Multipurpose and Civil Protection Centre of Norcia designed by Stefano Boeri Architetti.
Some extracts on the original measure are reported describing how much this fact can be considered as a paradox. “As we know, the laws of our Country are unnecessarily complicated, but there are occasions in which something particularly serious blatantly highlights the structural contraddictions of the system”.
