Stefano Boeri and Francesca Cesa Bianchi, partners and project director at Stefano Boeri Architetti, were interviewed in issue number 490 of Il Quotidiano Immobiliare regarding future prospects for the real estate market in Italy within the context of MIPIM 2024, held from March 12th to 15th in Cannes.
MIPIM (Le marché international des professionnels de l’immobilier) aims to create a network of professionals from various sectors to implement improvement solutions in the field of urban transformations. During their participation in the event, Stefano Boeri and Francesca Cesa Bianchi emphasized that, in addition to ongoing projects in Milan, Rome and other cities – including small or medium-sized ones – are also called upon to face the challenge of urban regeneration, with particular attention to contemporary themes of environmental sustainability and social inclusion.
Specifically, Stefano Boeri Architetti was invited to participate on Thursday, March 14th at 9:15 am at Palais 5, Salle Croisete 1. The event, organized in collaboration with the companies Orllati and Horizon Léman, included an in-depth discussion on the green projects of Stefano Boeri Architetti, from the Vertical Forest in Milan to its implementations in international contexts, such as the Tower of Cedars in Chavannes-Prés-Renens, Lausanne, Switzerland.
