“More architecture becomes popular, is better for everyone. Architects are accustomed to confront each other in a closed circle that leaves a little space to criticism and dialectics, while opening the discussion to the public allows for a better comparison with other disciplines, such as politics, economics and environment”. For this reason, Elizabeth Diller partner of the New York studio Diller Scofidio + Rentro, famous for the High Line project, gladly accepted the invitation to the Milano Arch Week, festival of architecture promoted by Municipality of Milan, Politecnico and Triennale, with the art direction of Stefano Boeri.
Elizabeth Diller’s lecture will be on Saturday June 17th, at 9:00 pm, at Triennale.
