On Le Figaro an article by Richard Heuzé who tells about the precious collaboration among the renowned French director Muriel Mayette Holtz – who has recently been nominated one of the French Immortals – and Stefano Boeri Architetti for the scenic project of the Trojan Women by Euripide at the Greek Theatre of Siracusa.
A project that brings a landscape on stage, a Dead Forest made of hundred trunks killed last autumn by the violent Vaia Storm in Friuli. A landscape that evokes the tragic aspect of the war and embodies the suffering of the people, because -according to the French director- there are no winners and defeated in a war, but only victims.
