Stefano Boeri Architetti won the competition for the redevelopment of Jaarbeursboulevard area near the station. The project is Hawthorn Tower, a new generation of Vertical Forest.
The concept is to build two towers, one designed by Stefano Boeri Architetti oriented to Jaarbeursboulevard and another one designed by the MVSA studio of Amsterdam.
The 90-meter-tall building, designed by Stefano Boeri Architetti, aims to create at the center of Utrecht an advanced experience of city and nature cohabitation.
