Luigi Caccia Dominioni, one of the most important Italian architects of last century, died yesterday at the age of 103, in Milan, the city where he was born and spent all his life. With his works and his vision, he played a key role in the reconstruction of Milan after WWII. Boeri says: “In the ’50s, Luigi Caccia Dominioni took his lombard vision into architectural modernism”.
