On Fanpage an article that tells about Wonderwoods, the project by Stefano Boeri Architetti and MVSA Architects that brings greenery and nature to the heart of the city in the Netherlands. A tower 90 meters high for 200 apartments with 360 trees and 9,640 between shrubs and flowers for a perfect coexistence between city and nature, located in the center of Utrecht.
“The façades of the tower will host about 10,000 plants of 30 different species, equivalent to one hectare of forest vegetation, resulting in a real urban ecosystem capable of producing about 41 tons of oxygen every year”, says Stefano Boeri himself.
