On the EasyJet magazine an article focused on the Fôret Blanche, the French Vertical Forest designed by Stefano Boeri Architetti for the suburbs of Paris. The project is in the Big Ideas section and is described through the unusual experience which the building offers in the city: the plants on the balcons are equivalent to a hectar of forest making them essential part of the architectural prototype that, in this case, proposes an innovative wooden structure.
Not just a purely ornamental system, but a combination with a strong environmental impact because of the building absorbing CO2 and reducing energy consumption because it works as a natural cooling system.
An architecture that changes everyday and follows the natural rhythms of the light and of the seasons.
