The newspaper Bresciaoggi dedicates two articles to the Ex-Caproni Area of Montecolino project, conceived by Stefano Boeri Architetti for the peninsula on the eastern shore of Lake Iseo, between the hamlets of Covelo and Pilzone.
The first article focuses on the main features of the new intervention, which covers an area of 42,000 square metres, with a planned recovery of about half of the total built-up area and an addition of 23,919 square metres of forestation.
The second is an interview with Stefano Boeri, who discusses the area’s potential and, more generally, the prospects for post-Covid urban transformations.
