On Archdaily an article presenting the Smart Forest City of Cancun, the urban and architectural innovation project presented by Stefano Boeri Architetti as an example of a city of the new millennium.

Water is gathered at the entrance of the City, next to a desalination tower, and it is distributed by a system of navigable canals in the whole settlement up to the agricultural fields that surround the urban area.
