On Tuesday, June 11th, Stefano Boeri Architetti participates in the Europe Conference, organized by the Urban Land Institute (ULI) from June 10th to 13th in Milan.
At 10:00 AM, during the ULI Europe Office and Mixed-Use Council, Francesca Cesa Bianchi, Partner & Director at Stefano Boeri Architetti, presents the Vertical Forest, a project by Boeri Studio in the Porta Nuova area, along with Maria Lucrezia De Marco, Head of the Communication Department at Stefano Boeri Architetti, and Francesca Capicchioni, Business Developer. At 2:00 PM, during the ULI Europe Logistics Council, Stefano Boeri participates in a roundtable discussion on the current state and future of artificial intelligence (AI) in the real estate sector.
The ULI Europe Conference is one of the most important events in the real estate sector, with the participation of more than 800 high-level professionals from all over Europe and beyond. This year’s event, hosted in Milan, will focus on the challenges of the future of real estate, related to sustainability, equity, and the integration of AI in logistical and design processes.
Specifically, during the ULI Europe Logistics Council, there will be discussions on the use of artificial intelligence in conceptual design, simulation, and modeling for optimal design, and where (or where not) artificial intelligence can enhance efficiency.
