On Thursday October 5th at 6 p.m., the (RE)GENERATION STORIES meeting, The evolution of residential design: modularity, comfort and flexibility for investments, is held, with Francesca Cesa Bianchi, Partner and Director of Stefano Boeri Architetti, as speaker.
The event, organised by THE PLAN magazine, aims to bring together professionals from the sector to offer them a platform for discussion and networking. The main topics are urban regeneration, real estate development and investment.
(RE)GENERATION STORIES is a title that encapsulates the plurality of themes and insights that will be offered by the circuit of events. It will range from the redevelopment and conversion of existing structures (regeneration) to the creation of new assets (generation), all with a focus on the legacy that will be left to the citizens of tomorrow (the new generations). The Olympics represent an ideal opportunity to develop ideas of sustainability, which are now more topical than ever.
In this context, Francesca Cesa Bianchi intervenes presenting the philosophy and main projects of Stefano Boeri Architetti studio, with a special focus on Trudo Vertical Forest in Eindhoven, the first example of a vertical forest in social housing, as an example of lowering construction costs thanks to the use of prefabrication and on-site assembly techniques.
