From May 12th to 14th, the Moby Dick Festival, born a few years ago in Terranuova Bracciolini in Tuscany, is held in Noli (SV) and sees the participation of Stefano Boeri with a Lectio Magistralis.
This first Noli edition, whose theme is “The Lives of Others”, is curated by the Cultural Association “Ponti di Parole” with the patronage of the Liguria Region and the Municipality of Noli, and welcomes some of the most important personalities of the Italian and international literary scene, including journalists, philosophers and contemporary scholars.
In this context, on Saturday 13 May at 6.45 p.m., at the Loggia della Repubblica in Noli, Stefano Boeri gives a Lectio Magistralis entitled “The Theatre of Immortality – Literature, Science, Art and Society”, in which he will explore the themes of art and architecture in contemporary society.
The Festival is opened with institutional greetings by Mayor Ambrogio Repetto, Culture Councillor Nada Calandria and representatives of the Region and Province.
Other speakers include Massimo Recalcati, Paolo Giordano, Giovanna Melandri, Ferruccio De Bortoli, Manuel Vilas and Tash Aw.
