On Wednesday, March 21st, Stefano Boeri will take part to the special event of the International Day of Forests in Rome, which will be held at the FAO Headquarters Centre Sheikh Zayed, from 11 am to 1 pm.
The discussion on Forest and Sustainable cities will involve the General Director of FAO José Graziano da Silva, the Director of Forestation Policies and Resources of FAO Eva Müller, the mayors and deputy mayors of Lima (Indipendencia fraction), Ljubljana, Philadelphia and Mantova. The best practices of Urban Forestry and various implementation strategies will be an introduction to themes and tools, which will be discussed in detail at the WFUF 2018.
