FloraCult, an event that aims to help bring nature back to the center of culture, is being held from April 22-25, with Stefano Boeri among the speakers.
Promoted and organized by Ilaria Venturini Fendi, agricultural entrepreneur and designer, with the collaboration of garden expert Antonella Fornai and architect Francesco Fornai, this year’s theme of FloraCult is the Man/Nature relationship, with particular attention to the ideal balance that Man is required to seek with the environment in which he lives and in which he is housed, a precious place to be guarded and protected, rather than dominated and deformed, from which to take inspiration to trigger a real and conscious evolutionary process. The starting point is the garden, a place of beauty of thought and reflection, a link between natural Nature and recreated Nature.
In this context, on Saturday, April 22 at 3 p.m. Stefano Boeri is interviewed by Gardenia editor Emanuela Rosa-Clot about the relationship between the human and natural spheres, the cornerstone of the work and projects of Stefano Boeri Architetti studio, with a focus on Bosco Verticale, a project by Boeri Studio (Stefano Boeri, Gianandrea Barreca, Giovanni La Varra) in Milan and an emblematic example of this architecture of biodiversity.
