Bid Manager

Stefano Boeri Architetti is looking for a Bid Manager with experience and a strong interest in our company. Working in close contact with partners, the Bid Manager will be responsible for developing high-quality technical proposals and evaluating potential new projects in Italy and worldwide.

Activities:

  • Research and evaluation of national and international tenders/competitions, analyzing requirements and preparing tender documentation.
  • Preparation and drafting of technical-economic offers.
  • Management of the acquisition process for new projects.
  • Supervision of incoming projects and structured control within a summary framework.
  • Conducting market analysis and understanding the main dynamics of the real estate sector.
  • Preparation of market reports and annual presentation to partners for goal setting.
  • Coordination of activities of the network of business developers distributed across local markets of interest.
  • Organization and participation in sector networking events.
  • Support to partners in capacity planning activities and opening new orders, in coordination with Administration.

Requirements

  • Professional degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Design, or another relevant field; candidates with a legal or commercial background with an affinity for architecture will also be considered.
  • Previous experience of 3-5 years in managing bids and projects in the architecture or Real Estate sector.
  • Excellent knowledge of Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe InDesign and Illustrator, AutoCAD LT (optional).
  • Excellent knowledge of the Italian language.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language.
