In the third issue of Jusur —the first international intercultural magazine promoted and supported by the Muslim World League and directed by Professor Wael Farouq, alongside an editorial team of journalists and international scholars—an interview by Pia De Simone with Stefano Boeri is published.
The magazine, which explores and highlights events and realities that promote shared values, dedicates significant space to dialogue and encounters with diverse perspectives. This is presented through articles, interviews, and in-depth discussions featuring some of the world’s most influential cultural figures.
In this context, the article titled Building in Green: Stefano Boeri on Humans in Space delves into the design philosophy and architectural vision of Stefano Boeri, starting from the Bosco Verticale project (Boeri Studio) in Milan.
“The most beautiful thing about architecture is that it is an extraordinary way of looking towards the future, of really opening up to everything through a rigorous perspective. Architecture is, in fact, a profession that aspires to build stable relationships between people by constructing the living spaces of the future; in this sense, we are bridge builders,” states Stefano Boeri.
This issue also includes contributions from renowned figures such as Joseph Stiglitz; Ismail Serageldin, founding director of the Library of Alexandria; and Juan José Gómez Cadenas, professor of physics at the Ikerbasque Foundation and the Donostia International Physics Center.
