Stefano Boeri is participating in the event organized by PRI in collaboration with Yard Reaas and Legance, titled The Responsible Investment and Divestment Process in Real Estate – Best Practices and Case Studies.
The meeting is aimed at institutional investors, not limited to real estate, who are interested in gaining a deeper understanding of the acquisition, redevelopment/development, and management of properties with an ESG perspective through case studies and practical examples. The investment process is analyzed at various levels – from governance to property profitability – incorporating the specific viewpoints of all the stakeholders involved (from technical and legal advisors, to designers, tenants, and companies using the spaces), highlighting the main interactions and information exchanges at each stage.
Stefano Boeri will speak at 11:30, presenting the projects of Stefano Boeri Architetti in the context of the most pressing challenges for future cities: ecological transition, social inequalities, and artificial intelligence.
