From September 4th to 6th, the Mudec in Milan hosts the Forum Cultura 2024 (2024 Culture Forum), an event dedicated to exploring the dimensions of the contemporary cultural landscape, from visual arts to performing arts, with the participation of Stefano Boeri.
The program includes three days of meetings, debates, and workshops designed to foster collaboration among citizens, industry experts, and cultural operators. The topics discussed in the workshops and talks will address the pressing issues and challenges of our time, such as the contribution of culture to well-being and social cohesion, the role of institutional policies in Milan’s cultural system, and new forms of cultural participation.
On Friday, September 6th at 4:30 PM, Stefano Boeri participates in the roundtable discussion “Culture as Care: Promoting Well-being Through the Arts,” moderated by Domenico Piraina, Director of the Culture Department of the City of Milan. Through discussions with prominent figures from various sectors and institutions, the event will explore the importance and impact of cultural content in contexts of care and the promotion of individual well-being.
Participants in the discussion include: Mauro Antonelli, Professor; Annalisa Banzi, Researcher; Monica Loffredo, Director of the Rovati Foundation; Amedeo Novelli, Photographer and Journalist; Michelangelo Pistoletto, Artist; Livia Pomodoro, President of No’hma; Giacinto Siciliano, Director of the San Vittore Prison in Milan.
