ManPowerGroup Italy’s 2024 Annual Conference, The Exchange – Disegniamo insieme il futuro del lavoro (Let’s Design the Future of Work Together), takes place on May 30, 2024 in Milan, at Superstudio Events in via Tortona 27.
The agenda, full of discussions, workshops, keynote speeches and roundtables, sees the participation of experts, economists, university professors, business leaders and startups of national and international relevance that take turns on stage.
The event aims to investigate the new trends that are reshaping the work in order to design the future of the work environment by building synergies between people, communities, territories, sustainability and technology.
From the day’s debates, The Exchange takes cue after cue to draft the first Manifesto on the Future of Work in the Time of Artificial Intelligence, a co-creation project to understand the impacts of AI on tomorrow’s companies.
Among the keynote speakers, Stefano Boeri participates in “The Exchange” Conference dialoguing with Daniele Moretti, Deputy Director Sky TG24, on the topic of living (and working) in the city of tomorrow. The focus is on the spaces of the future where we will live and work, which will have to respond to multiple stresses: environmental and energy sustainability, integration with technology, new balance between professional and private life.
The event is in partnership with Opinno, MoSt, Sky TG24, MIT Technology Review Italia and Linc Magazine. It is open to the public upon registration and subject to availability.
