The Vertical Forest project by Boeri Studio, realised and managed by COIMA, receives the Award of Excellence from the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) 2024 and is among the finalists in the 10 Year Award category.
The 10 Year Award recognises the value and performance of tall building projects over time. This award provides an opportunity to reflect on tall buildings that have been completed and operational for a decade and to recognise projects that have been successful even after the ribbon cutting ceremony.
The Bosco Verticale joins other finalist projects on the shortlist to be presented at the CTBUH International Conference, scheduled for 23-27 September in London and Paris.
The recognition given to the Bosco Verticale is a further attestation of the value and importance of this iconic structure in the panorama of contemporary architecture. Its innovative concept and its ability to integrate nature into the urban context make it an example of excellence in the field of sustainability and ecological design.
